Vaulina Olga Petrovna

Painter, graphic artist. She studied at the Vkhutein in Leningrad (1921-1926) with A.E. Karev, M.V. Matyushina. Member of the ZORVED and KORN groups, 1919 -1932. In 1924, the works of this group were exhibited at the XIV International Art Exhibition in Venice. After graduating from Vkhutein, Vaulina worked as an illustrator of textbooks for the peoples of the North, and took part in painting the facades of Leningrad buildings. In 1934, she again entered the Academy of Arts and studied in the workshop of A. Osmerkin (1934 -1937). Since 1938 she worked in the Color Laboratory of the Research Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture.
