He studied at the Stroganov School with N. Sergeev, N. Andreev, S. Vinogradov, D. Shcherbinovsky. He graduated from college in sculpture with the title of academic draftsman. He continued his studies at the Faculty of Architecture of the Institute of Civil Engineers. He made trips to ancient Russian cities, sketched and photographed architectural monuments. Already working as an architect, he entered VKHUTEMAS, attended the workshops of A.A. Kuprina, I.I. Mashkova, R.R. Falka. The artist's personal exhibitions were held in St. Petersburg in 1916 (Institute of Civil Engineers), in Moscow in 1956, 1974, 1987 and 1998, and in Vladimir in 1988. Vladimirov's works took part in the Third Festival of Slavic Art in Paris and were exhibited at the Russian Cultural Center in Paris. The artist’s works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Art Fund of Russia, the Museum of History and Reconstruction of Moscow, the State Museum. Savitsky in Nukus (Karakalpakstan), in the State Vladimir-Suzdal Museum-Reserve, as well as in private collections in Russia and France.
