Yakerson Joseph Sholomovich (born 1936)

Favorite student E.E. Moiseenko. He studied at the Academy of Arts, his diploma work was “Defenders of Brest”. Participated in numerous exhibitions, including together with E.E. Moiseenko. Immigrated to Israel. Throughout his work, the main theme for Yackerson remains the theme of war, suffering, the heights of the human spirit, tragic losses and the happiness of Victory. The works are in many museums of the former USSR.
