In 1912, Janusz entered the school of the Society for the Encouragement of Painting, where N.P. Himona, a student of A. Kuindzhi, became his teacher. The main work for the artist is active scientific and pedagogical activity (he is a specialist in the field of locomotive construction). During the years 1940-70. the artist participates in exhibitions of the Leningrad organization of the Union of Artists. The best pages of the artist’s work are associated with Pavlovsk, where he lived, with the interiors and views of the Pavlovsk Palace Museum. With the permission of A.I. Zelenova, the director of the museum, who saved many objects of the palace during the war, he created a number of brilliant views of the palace interiors, architectural ensembles and nature of one of the most beautiful parks in the world.
