Yushkov Ivan Efimovich (1914 - 1987).

Artist. Born in the city of Sisim, Yenisei province. (now Krasnoyarsk region). From 1933 to 1936 he studied at the Irkutsk Isopedetic College under A.I. Vologdin. Member of the USSR Union of Artists since 1950. In 1983, awarded the title of Honored. artist of the RSFSR. Participant of the Great Patriotic War, has government awards.
