Justitsky V.M. Valentin Mikhailovich (1892 – 1951).

Born in St. Petersburg. Graduated from the Corps of Pages. Studied at the art studio of Ya.S. Goldblat in St. Petersburg. Moved to Vilna. Studied at the school of painting and drawing with I.P. Trutneva. In 1913–1914 he studied in Paris at the Blanchard private academy. In 1915–1918 he moved to Moscow. Participated in art exhibitions. In the 1920s - 1930s he took part in art exhibitions in London, Paris, and Brussels. Since 1929 - participated in exhibitions of the group "13".
