In 1978 he graduated from high school and entered the Textile Institute. Kosygin at the Faculty of Applied Arts, textile artist department. In 1980, a student exhibition “Kargopol Sketches” took place in Kargopol. In the same year he participated in the student exhibition in Vologda “Around Vologda”. In 1982, he was a participant in the exhibition of young artists around the country at the Moscow Union of Artists. In the same year, he took part in an exhibition of creative independent works of students members of the scientific student society of the FPI in Moscow. In 1983, an exhibition of artists from the Oktyabrsky district of Moscow in the exhibition hall of the Museum of Architecture named after. A.V. Shchusev Donskoy Monastery. In the same year, he participated in the exhibition “Young Artists Around the Country of the Moscow Union of Artists of the Union of Artists, Moscow.” In 1983 he completed his studies at the MITI FPI. From 1983 to 2003 he worked at KhBK im. III International (renamed “KATSMA”, “KAOTFA”). In 1988 he received a diploma from the Ministry of Textile Industry of the RSFSR "Best Artist of the Ministry of Textile Industry of the RSFSR". In 1990, his work was approved by Vlad. Union of Artists to join the youth section of the Union of Artists. The artist also exhibited quite a lot in the region. His works are in the Alexandrov Museum and in private collections in Sweden, Italy, the USA and Germany.
