Zakhlestin Mikhail Petrovich (1908, Vyatka province - 1979).

Studied at the Vyatka Art and Industrial College (1927-30). Participant in exhibitions since 1930. Master of landscape. Lived and worked in Dzerzhinsk. From 1946-1968 taught painting in schools and art studios in the city. The master's works are in regional museums and private collections.
