Avant-garde painter, graphic artist. He began his art education at the Kiev College of Culture League with E.O. Shekhtman, studied at the Moscow Institute for Advanced Studies of Artists in the painting class with Professor B.V. Ioganson. The master's first personal exhibition took place in Birobidzhan in 1934. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR since 1947. Held eight personal exhibitions. Author of landscapes, portraits, still lifes, genre compositions. The works are in the State Russian Museum and the Collection of Contemporary Art at the Manege Central Exhibition Hall, St. Petersburg, as well as in private collections in Russia and abroad.
