Zolotarev Nikolai Nikolaevich (born 1915, Orel).

Honored Artist of the RSFSR (since 1970). People's Artist of the RSFSR (since 1976), laureate of the State Prize named after. I.E. Repina. Theater artist. He studied at the Moscow Art and Industrial College (1932-35) with B.N. Lange, S.F. Nikolaev, then at the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. I.E. Repin (1935-44). Participant of foreign exhibitions since 1965. The master’s works are stored in the State Central Theater Museum, the Central Museum of Musical Culture, the Bryansk Art Museum, and the State Bolshoi Theater Museum of the USSR.
