Jean-Antoine-Theodore, Baron Gudin (1802, Paris-1880, Boulogne-sur-Seine).

From 1817 he studied at the School of Fine Arts in Paris under the direction of A.L. Girona Trizona. Since 1882 he regularly exhibited at the Paris Salons. In 1841 he worked in Warsaw and St. Petersburg. The artist's works are in many major museums in Europe and America, in particular in Amsterdam, Bayonne, Berlin, Brussels, The Hague, Moscow, St. Petersburg.
