Zharkov's personal exhibitions were held in Walburg, Germany (1995), Yaroslavl (2000), Ples (2001), Vologda (2002, 2003). The artist’s works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Moscow Museum of Modern Art, the Museum of Landscape named after. I.I.
