Jonville Jean-Francois

Jonville Jean-Francois (1943, Cavaillon, France - 2002).

In 1959, he met photographer Georges Glasberg, with whom he traveled around France, photographing mainly church architecture. In 1963 he became an assistant to American photographer Richard Avedon. Then he begins to work independently, focusing his work on women's themes. Participant in many photo festivals and exhibitions, several albums, published in France at different times, are dedicated to his works. Jonville's photographs are in many famous collections in Europe and America.
