Preauction exhibition of Philantropic auction "Art-stroyka" on which works of leading modern artists are presented opens on March, 14th at 16:00.

Suzdal boarding school # 5 shelters 30 children. They are duly dressed and fed. They have perfect schoolmasters. But they sophisticate the lack of love and warm more strongly than other children. 

How would we help them to find their way in life, and to perceive the world? 

We decided to ask for a helping hand our friends – modern artists. For they feel the world, happiness and frustration very acute they can share their feeling with children like no other.
We are completely sure that artists would part with children better than ministers, politicians and religious figures. They have more rights to teach, for the art teaches to be free, to feel the truth and to be honest. 

We try to unite artists and those who love art. We are eager to build a new house for children. 

Presently they live in a house built in 18 century. It is ramshackle, complete overhaul wouldn’t improve the situation. At 2000, Tatyana Nikolayevna Ryzhova, the head oh the boarding school, received a government grant for building of new house that was sufficient only for «walls and roof. Since that time we had no other chance to continue building. 

We are happy Russian greatest painters handed their works for our project. We believe we would succeed in whip-round for our building. We believe we would captivate all the participants of our project to visit Suzdal and take part in “art-building”. This new house should become a warm, lovely place for creativity and games of our children.
