Descripton: Along the edge of the mound is the sculptor’s signature “E. LANCER 1873”, on the end is the foundry mark “A. MORAN pr.”, and a minted round stamp of the Ministry of Finance: “from the Ministry of Finance for 10 Years / 1875”.
