Description:
On the base there is a stamp: the State Emblem and the image of St. George the Victorious, enclosed in an oval, with the inscription “Fabrik. Gardner in Moscow”, dark red color on a biscuit, the inscription “Gardner”, made in bulk. The figure is part of the famous “Peoples of Russia” series, produced at the Gardner factory since the 1870s. A similar figurine was published in the book “Gardner XVIII-XIX. Porcelain plastic", Moscow, Publishing House, "Govorov and Sons". 2002, p. 179.
