An exhibition of Soviet painting opens in the Sovkom Gallery on April 14, featuring several dozen works by Russian masters of the 20th century.
The exhibition features life-affirming spring landscapes by such first-class artists as A.P. Gorsky, B.S. Ugarov, Yu.V. Razumovskaya, N.M. Romadin, G.L. Chaynikov, as well as colorful still lifes by People's Artists of the USSR B.V. Shcherbakov, G.K. Savitsky, B.V. Ioganson, and P.N. Krylov.
In addition, the exhibition presents paintings inspired by the natural beauty of their native land by recognized masters of landscape painting A.A. Mylnikov, M.A. Suzdaltsev, M.G. Abakumov, N.I. Barchenkov and A.M. Shilov.
The works of artists inspired by the culture and views of Central Asia are noteworthy: S.A. Chuikov, E.A. Maleina and B.A. Brynsky. Among other exhibits, the exhibition presents paintings by artists of the Crimean school of painting - V.D. Bernadsky and V.P. Tsvetkova.
The exhibition is open from April 14 to April 30 at the Sovkom Gallery at the address: Moscow, st. Shchepkina, 28, from 10.00 to 18.00.
